X2 XC Ski Boots
The Rossignol X2 Boots are an excellent choice for anyone that wants a comfortable, supportive boot for touring. Whether you're on groomed tracks or making your own tracks in fields, golf courses, or anywhere else you can get out and cover some distance on your XC skis, the X2 provides excellent control. It has a touring specific sole construction and design that allows for a relatively easy flex and lots of comfort, but still feels supportive. The boot has a taller cuff profile than most touring boots, which when combined with the lateral heel support really gives the boot a stable feel for being so lightweight and forgiving. The Speed Lace Lock system is quick and super easy to use. It really allows you to synch the boot down to give a nice wrapping feel. Rossignol integrates a thin foam lining in these boots, which not only adds in a little extra insulation, it also further enhances this supportive, wrapping feel, which translates to precise control of your skis. For recreational skiers who just like to get out and cruise on their XC skis these boots are absolutely perfect and are ready to take you on all sorts of adventures. What are you waiting for? *Returned skis that have been mounted are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about keeping the skis or your boot size we recommend shipping the skis & bindings unmounted.
Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
