Before writing descriptions, I worked as a boot fitter within this company. During my four years there, I loved talking to skiers about boots, and I especially liked when they would wax nostalgically about their rear-entry boots from the days of yore. I, too, spend many a ski day in a rear-entry boot, so I could contribute to the conversation. More often than not, the question would arise: Why don't they make rear-entry boots anymore? With the advent of the more traditional, four-buckle overlap boot, the rear-entry's fell out of favor while the overlaps took off. Over the past two seasons, we've seen more than one company come back with a rear-entry offering, and the Nordica HF 110 is one of them. One of the tough parts of the rear-entry was the fact that the liner was in two pieces due to the hinge in the shell. Nordica found a way around that, and is now offering a rear-entry boot with a one-piece liner. The rear buckle remains largely unchanged from where they left it, and an instep buckle adds to the excitement of these boots. It's hard to compare flex-ratings, as they're not as anatomically shaped and built as an overlap boot, but they're claiming a 110, and when I had it on my foot this past fall, I was pretty impressed. Also bringing it into modern times is the GripWalk soles that come pre-mounted to the boots. These making walking in the boot very easy, and when that rear buckle is unbuckled and the GripWalk soles are doing their thing, you'll go from ski star to bar with comfort and style. You'll be the envy of your ski group of friends, especially from a nostalgia perspective, when you strut your stuff in the Nordica HF 110 Ski boots.

Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
