hello i am listing this pair of BRAND NEW Tyrol 3 pin style cross country skiing shoes. these shoes are a us size 13 and are brand new with the original box.  these new old stock shoes / boots were always stored in a warm climate controlled area. the shoes are in great shape and clean like new inside, but the top "cuff" of the shoe (above your ankle) is starting to have the white coloring flake off.  the material underneath the white coating is still held together fine and is pliable but the white "paint or coloring" is coming off.  i want to mention this to be honest.  These new old stock shoes are getting harder and harder to find in this new of condition especially in a size 13. i feel that someone will certainly still want these either to use them as they are or for a small price have a shoemaker attach a new top cuff part which would be very very easy to do, for a small cost.  this is just a small cosmetic defect.  Aside from this flaking these shoes look new in all other ways with no toe wear, no toe creases, no scuffs, clean sharp soles underneath, and clean insides (see pic). the white material of the tongue and where the laces are, including the laces, and ALL stitching on the shoes is a nice and crispy (brand new) bright white in color. the black rubber sole is nice and shiny like a new shoe and not scuffed
at the time of me listing this auction there are no other "new in box" tyrol 3 pin style shoes / boots on ebay for sale. the box itself looks like its a 40 year old shoe box, it has bends, tape, writing, the sticker on the front is falling off, and the side is lightly stained. i am mentioning these small defects to be honest but they do not affect the usability of the product inside !!!
