*The buoy is very easy to inflate, for most people taking only 3 to 5 breaths.
*It's very simple to use, follow these steps:

Open the case
(lid breaks away so nylon cord doesn't get entangled)

Inflate tube
(only 3 to 5 breaths)

*The attachment cord is necessary to prevent the buoy from becoming lost in heavy surf conditions. Once the case is opened, the buoy is removed via the inflation valve (tube) and unfolds from out of the case like an accordion.
*The buoy is bright orange in color(which draws attention) and stays attached to the wrist by a nylon cord.
