    Here's a pair of Electra Bicycle handlebar tassels in natural leather. They're about 10" to 10.5" long. These are neat, but imperfect.
    This is NOS (new old stock), still on the retail card backing with a price of . There are a couple of the tassels that appear to have not been totally colored. Please see pics to clarify. It looks like the leather tanning or staining was not done perfectly.
