Oversized Vintage Wine or Brandy Ballon Glass in Pale Teal and Cobalt Blue

This is a stunning 20th century balloon glass with a delightful pale teal splatter texture surface and a cobalt blue rim. I've never seen one like this before but its a quality item and though the colour is on the outside surface its not cheap glass paint. This has been through my dishwasher without any change to the decoration.
I bought it here in France but it could have been made in Italy or anywhere else for that matter. I'm pretty sure it's newer than the mid-century glasses from Empoli. It does have some age, I know because of who used to own it; maybe 1980s or 90s.
It would make a lovely gift for any art glass lover and of course it would be amazing to drink out of. It could also be just the prop you need for your photo shoot or theatrical production.
In EXCELLENT vintage condition, no cracks or chips that I can see. Please see all photos and remember it is pre-owned and pre-loved.
