The Salomon Quest Access R80 is designed for the beginner to seasoned skier that has a medium to wide forefoot and medium to wide shaft of the leg. Salomon's Ride & Hike Technology has a switch located on the back spine of the boot that can be unlocked for you to have an easy walking ability for cruising to the gondola in the morning. The Quest Access 80 has a 24mm Oversized Pivot that connects the upper cuff to the lower shell that drives pressure to the edges of your skis for extra control, and even pressure distribution. The Quest Access 80 has a very convenient feature for skiers that have a larger leg shape. The Ratchet Cuff Buckle can adjust out to accommodate the widest of calves to keep you comfortable, but secure in your boots. Salomon's Woolmetal Insulation has a combination of wool and metallic polyester to keep you extra warm on those cold January days. The Quest Access Line has a 104mm last that is very accommodating for wide feet. The My Custom Fit Comfort Liner has a Thermoformable Layer in the tongue that can be heated to accelerate the breaking in process and a comfortable fit.
