This is a Vintage Check writer or printer from the F & E Hedman Company from Chicago, Illinois. I do not really know how to work it. The last 3 levers slide up and down, but I can't get the 1st 4 to slide up and down. I am sure that I must be doing something wrong. The physical condition looks very nice.
