L3: Armed with two clasps and two handles, this design creates two separate lacing zones—one cradles the foot and calf while the other locks down the ankle and heel.
Thanks to these separate zones, the boot securely anchors your heel for a refined fit that enhances energy transmission.
BOA SYSTEM: Fit to perform. Dial in your perfect fit with a smooth,

BACKWELT: Plastic backwelt features a grooved heel
for rocking semiautomatic crampons.
ROCK GUARD: This layer of rubber wraps around the toebox and sides of the boot, maximizing durability by providing protection from rocks and ice.
VIBRAM: This mountaineering sole offers tremendous traction and durability.
**THERMO FLEX LINER: For a truly custom fit, Thermo Flex liners are heat moldable. They must be placed in a special oven that is heated to between 90-110 °C. While cooling, the liners are fitted to your feet and will retain their form. For additional comfort and support, liner precision fit pads can be strategically placed on your feet during the custom fitting process. And instead of offering security only at the shin, Thermo Flex liners provide extra support in the ankle area thanks to their external heel harness. DEELUXE Thermo Flex liners can be refitted up to 10 times.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON USED OR INSTALLED ITEMS.
Item must be brand new in original packaging.
Buyer must contact us for an RMA#.
All returns have a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund will be of the final price minus restocking fee minus the original shipping (if an item had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund after the 20% restocking fee)
All new parts are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a part, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All sales at Performance Products Warehouse are considered final.
Installed or modified parts cannot be returned.
All returned parts must be in new condition in their original packaging. Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable. If an item has free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Performance Products Warehouse will be deducted from any refund issued.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please insure & including tracking for all returns in case they get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Please Note: If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
Any round trip shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Also, refused packages can take up to 18 days to be processed.
Problems with order: Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt also.
